Driver
The Driver can receive a request from the customer/dispatcher. Once the driver receives a request, they have the choice to accept or reject. Once the driver accepts the request, all details will be made available. Once the ride is completed, the driver can provide a review to the customer and accept further rides.
Customer
If a customer doesn’t have an app, the customer can directly contact the support system, the dispatcher will then book a driver.
